INTRODUCTION: Neonatal cholestasis due to endocrine diseases is infrequent and poorly reco-gnized. Referral to the pediatric endocrinologist is delayed. OBJECTIVE: We characterized cholestasis in infants with congenital pituitary hormone deficiencies (CPHD), and its resolution after hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
