ABSTRACT Objective: This study analyzed systemic inflammatory changes reflected by hematologic and biochemical indices in patients with hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) after parathyroidectomy. Materials and methods: Retrospective study of 70 patients who underwent curative parathyroidectomy for PHPT treatment.
