Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN2) is an autosomal dominant inherited tumor syndrome caused by RET proto-oncogene germline mutations (RET). Here we tested the Conformation Sensitive Gel Electrophoresis (CSGE) as a screening method for RET hot-spot mutations.
